Vertical Take-Up Module

• Provides capability for long conveyor lengths
• Requires minimal air consumption to properly tension the belt
• Completely guarded for safe operation
• Integrated into standard 17-1/2" module
• Maintenance-free plus no additional operating costs

Stainless Steel Hoppers

• Standard and custom stainless steel hoppers for use with DynaCon conveyors
• Standard hoppers bolt directly to conveyor and have a maximum capacity of 7 cubic feet
• Large capacity hoppers are self-supporting with a maximum of 20 cubic feet

Drop Zone Reinforcement Module

• Reinforces area that supports belt in high impact situations
• Made of specially engineered polypropylene
• Available for all conveyor widths

Exit Chute

• Use to funnel parts from drive end of conveyor
• Mount to drive module for horizontal discharge
• Available in 12, 18, and 24" wide

Feed End Retaining Kit

• Attaches to feed end of conveyor to retain parts
• Adds 4" of height to existing retaining walls
• Available for all conveyor widths

Feed Shield

• Attach to retaining flanges to prevent parts from deflecting
• Available for all conveyor widths

Retaining Flange Kits

• Use when additional wall height is needed
• One kit needed per module

Water Bath Tank

• Use with standard conveyor modules for parts cooling
• Options include cooling coils, 2" casters and 3/4" drain
• Stainless steel construction

Polycarbonate Covers

• Use for safety, dust protection, part protection or cooling applications
• Mounts on any section of the conveyor
• Constructed of 1/4" acrylic

Heavy Duty WorkZone

• Designed to accommodate heavy loads when conveyor is not in use
• 10 gage (.125 thick), laser cut stainless steel panels
• Must be used on horizontal conveyor modules
• Designed for EDNX_ _ modules
• Available in 3, 4, 5, or 6 total modular lengths

Small Parts Containment

• A continuous strip of nylon brushes used for small part management
• Prevents small parts and bi-product from getting wedged in the sides of the conveyor
• Allows the use of drive flights

Adjustable Side Rails

• Used to divert, segregate or funnel product
• Used to steady top-heavy product
• Can be used on either (or both) sides of the conveyor
• Can be added to new or existing DynaCon conveyors

Roller Transfer Plates

• Allow for a smooth transfer from one conveyor to another conveyor or from the conveyor to a table
