The DynaCon modular conveyor system uses the Intralox plastic link style belting.  Conveyor belts are available in widths to fit all modules.  Varying conveyor belt styles and materials are available.

Standard flat top conveyor belt

• For general light & medium weight applications
• Polypropylene, acetyl or nylon for high temperatures

Perforated flat top conveyor belt

• For water bath, wash down and cooling
• Materials: polypropylene, polyethylene, Acetyl, & Nylon 6.4 % open area with 1/8" holes

Flush Grid conveyor belt

• For water bath, wash down and cooling
• Polypropylene or Acetyl with 38% open area

Mesh top conveyor belt

• For water bath, wash down and cooling
• Polypropylene with 24 % open area

Diamond friction top conveyor belt

• Provides soft surface that grips
• For "soft drop" applications or highly cosmetic parts
• Black or white Santropene

Flat friction top conveyor belt

• Provides soft surface that grips
• For "soft drop" applications or highly cosmetic parts
• Black or white Santropene

Radius flush grid conveyor Belt

• For radius applications
• 42% open area
• Optional friction top available 

Accumulation conveyor belt

• Low back pressure for product accumulation
• Grey polypropylene with grey rollers 

Conveyor Belting Drive flights / cleats carry parts along conveyor systems

• Drive flights / cleats can be installed at any location along conveyor belt
• Available in 1, 2 & 3" heights
• Side guards are optional for smaller parts
