Three ways to cool parts are offered with DynaCon modular conveyors:  

Water Cooling Conveyors:

Parts can be cooled with water by submerging the conveyor into a water tank using perforated plastic conveyor belting.  All components are plastic or stainless steel making the DynaCon plastic modular conveyor ideal for waterbath cooling applications.

Air Cooling Conveyors:

Clear covers easily attach to conveyor modules to form two air cooling options -- factory installed fans provide ambient cooled air (overhead or internally mounted) with an evenly distributed airflow or customer provided chilled air.  Mesh style plastic conveyor belting allows the air to reach the parts while providing a safe cooling conveyor solution.

Options for cooling parts:

• Waterbath cooling conveyor systems
• Ambient air fan systems (factory installed either overhead or internally mounted) for cooling parts for evenly distributed airflow
• Chilled air cooling conveyor systems (customer provided)
