 Low Profile Conveyor
DynaCon Low Profile Conveyors offer a plastic link style belt that is flush with the profile of the conveyor frame and can be easily lengthened or shortened in a matter of minutes without compromising the integrity of the conveyor
- Easily shorten or lengthen in modules as short as 6-1/2"
- Widths from 4" to 60" available
- High-impact polycarbonate construction provides strength and durability

 Reduced Profile Modules
DynaCon Reduced Profile Modules allow standard DynaCon Modular Conveyors to fit into tight spaces, under equipment, in equipment or through walls.
- Conveyor module height of 4-1/2" is a 40% reduction from the standard 8" profile height
- Available in mid-modules (straight, inclines and declines) and/or feed end modules
- Interchangeable with standard 8" profile modules on new or existing DynaCon modular plastic belt conveyors
Spur Conveyor
DynaCon Spur Conveyors allow a gentle transfer of product from one conveying line to another possible. - Well suited for merging or diverging products and boxes
- Suited for applications where numerous lines must transfer onto a main conveyor line
- Used in conjunction with a pneumatic diverting arm for diverging applications Used to merge product from work stations, machines or similar operations onto a main trunk line conveyor
Meets another conveyor at a 45 degree angle, allowing the transfer of product, while maintaining product orientation Constructed using a series of 4” wide plastic link style belts, running on a common/shared drive shaft, mounted in a center drive The tailstock features a staggered end for each 4” belt, which creates the 45 degree in-feed Available in widths ranging from 4” to 24” and can be up to 8 feet long
Tumbler Separator
The DynaCon Tumbler Separator includes interchangeable tumbling sleeves which allow the separation of parts and runner combinations not possible with standard parts separators. - Interchangeable custom sleeves can be easily switched in and out in less than 60 seconds to meet separation needs
- Simple design with no complicated gear mechanisms to jam or break
- Adjustable part introduction height from 1-1/2' to 4' tall
- Optional linear actuator with 3 tilt set points for optimal parts separation of the most difficult to separate parts and runners
- Energy efficient 1/30 HP variable speed brushless motor is maintenance free
Modular Powered Roller Conveyor
DynaCon Powered Roller Conveyors utilize modules of various lengths to create and recreate the ideal length of conveyor each and every time. To maximize flexibility, DynaCon Powered Roller Conveyors are designed to use one motorized roller per module. - Modules are available in 5, 7, 9, and 11 roller sections (with rollers on 4" centers) for maximum flexibility
- Modules are available in widths of 12", 18", 24", 30" and 36" and can be added or removed as needs change
- Custom controls give the option for zero pressure accumulation, indexing or standard conveyance
- Low maintenance DC brushless motors
- Variable speed motors with speeds from 0 - 200 fpm
- Ability to convey containers weighing 0 - 100 lbs
Modular Gravity Conveyor
 DynaCon Modular Gravity Roller Conveyors are designed to maximize flexibility in configuration by utilizing short roller sections to create the right length of conveyor every time. - Conveyor sections are 20" long and include rollers on 4" centers
- Available in widths ranging from 4" to 36"
- Modules can be added or removed to create the ideal conveyor for each application
- An economical way to move product, boxes, cartons, packages, totes and pallets weighing up to 100 lbs
 Box Filling Systems
Two DynaCon Box Filling systems are now available and both provide an opportunity for simple but accurate counting of product.
- Allows user defined fill rates to insure accuracy up to 0.3 ounces
- Fills boxes by cycle count, weight or weigh count
- Automated and allows for unattended operation
- Simple control set-up and an easy to read visual indicator
- Available in widths of 18", 24", 30" and 36"
- Multiple components available to build the ideal Inline or Over/Under Box Filling system
Powered Transfer
DynaCon Powered Transfers offer an option for transferring small product from one conveyor to another conveyor. - Allows product as small as 2" to consistently transfer from one conveyor to another
- Reduces gap between conveyors to 1-1/2"
- Energy efficient 1/30 HP motor is internally mounted
- Option for single or variable speed motor
- Motor speeds up to 100 feet per minute
- Slider bed length of 12" with widths available from 4" to 36"
