Mentoring and Collaboration: Tracy Quasebarth, Design Engineer  Tracy Quasebarth has been a key contributor to the success of several large customer projects this quarter. His role in mentoring coworkers through skill-based training and knowledge sharing has been invaluable. By encouraging teamwork and collaboration, Tracy fosters a supportive environment where everyone can thrive. Enhancing Sales and Marketing: Scott Tiefenthal, Regional Sales Manager, East Coast Supporting the improvement of sales team tools and processes, Scott has demonstrated exceptional flexibility and a supportive attitude. Consistently professional and collaborative, he has been an asset in delivering timely marketing content. Taking initiative in video production, Scott has helped develop engaging content and confidently represented the company on camera.
