The customer had new poppers installed in their facility that could significantly increase production. However, their existing bucket elevators became a bottleneck in their process, as they would not be able to handle the increased capacity. They were also a maintenance headache, with buckets and chains breaking frequently.  The bucket conveyors moved popcorn from seasoning equipment to bagging equipment.  They also needed a solution to move the product from bagging equipment to the packaging\/shipping area.  Dynamic Conveyor designed and delivered a full solution that exceeded desired throughout, maintained a small footprint, and featured simple toolless disassembly with a clean in place system to contribute to a low total cost of ownership.  An ideal bucket conveyor replacement, the Z-style conveyor solution includes funnel shoots, vibratory feeders, and hoppers to effectively feed and hold the product minimizing product loss.  Takeaway conveyors were commissioned to effectively transport the product from bagging to packaging\/shipping.
