Recently, our Regional Sales Manager Jeff French traveled to the East Coast to support TIS, a comprehensive industrial maintenance service provider, and Lesser Evil, a leading snack food manufacturer known for its commitment to creating better-for-you snacks. Through our valued partnership with TIS, Dynamic Conveyor had the opportunity to provide conveyor solutions, training, and ongoing support that help customers maximize efficiency and long-term performance. The visit provided an opportunity to strengthen relationships, provide training, and better understand how Dynamic Conveyor equipment continues to support operations in a real-world production environment. Showing Appreciation for the Lesser Evil Team As part of the visit, Dynamic Conveyor and TIS partnered to host an employee appreciation lunch for the teams at both Lesser Evil production facilities and the front office. Food trucks were brought in to provide lunch and recognize the hard work and dedication of the employees who help keep operations running smoothly every day. The event was a great opportunity for both Dynamic Conveyor and TIS to thank the Lesser Evil team for their continued collaboration and commitment to operational excellence. Spending time with employees outside of the production floor helped reinforce the value of strong partnerships at every level.  Supporting Operational Excellence Through Training  Another key focus of the visit was providing hands-on training for the Lesser Evil team on the proper disassembly, cleaning, and maintenance of DynaClean conveyors. Jeff worked directly with operators and maintenance personnel to review best practices for sanitation procedures and preventative maintenance. These training sessions help ensure conveyor systems continue to operate efficiently and reliably while reducing downtime and supporting food safety initiatives. By sharing practical knowledge and maintenance recommendations, Dynamic Conveyor helps customers get the most value from their equipment while empowering their teams with the confidence to maintain peak performance. Seeing Success in Action During the visit, Jeff toured the production facilities and observed Dynamic Conveyor equipment operating throughout multiple stages of the manufacturing process. Site visits like these provide valuable opportunities to see equipment performance firsthand and gain insight into customer operations. Working closely with TIS and the Lesser Evil team also allowed Dynamic Conveyor to discuss current production needs, future growth plans, and opportunities for continued support. These conversations help ensure Dynamic Conveyor remains aligned with customer goals while delivering solutions that support long-term success.
