At the start of this year, Dynamic Conveyor proudly launched our first-ever internship program—and we’re thrilled to welcome two Mechanical Engineering Interns to our team – Calvin Walker from Hope College and Alejandro Marquez from Ferris State University. This marks an exciting step in supporting the professional growth of young engineers while strengthening our own engineering department through new ideas and perspectives.

Internships benefit both the students and the company in meaningful ways. For the interns, it’s a hands-on opportunity to apply what they’ve learned in the classroom to real-world engineering challenges, gaining practical experience in design, manufacturing, and problem-solving. For our team, it’s a chance to teach, mentor, and reflect on our own practices as we share knowledge and collaborate with the next generation of innovators.

Even in just a short time, these interns have already made valuable contributions to Dynamic Conveyor’s engineering projects and company goals. Their enthusiasm, curiosity, and fresh perspective bring renewed energy to our workplace.

We’re excited to continue building this program and to engage with more students and young professionals in engineering and business. At Dynamic Conveyor, we believe that investing in emerging talent is an investment in the future of our industry—and we can’t wait to see where this journey takes us!

As we continue to grow our internship program and expand our team, we’re always looking for motivated individuals who are ready to make an impact. Whether you’re a student eager to gain hands-on experience or a seasoned professional seeking your next opportunity, Dynamic Conveyor offers a collaborative environment where innovation, learning, and career development thrive.

If you’re ready to be part of a team that values fresh ideas, mentorship, and real-world problem-solving, we invite you to explore our open positions and discover where a career with Dynamic Conveyor Corporation could take you. Your future in engineering and manufacturing starts here.
