To celebrate Dynamic Conveyor’s 35th anniversary, we invited employees from across the organization to share their stories, memories, and perspectives on what makes Dynamic Conveyor special.
From team members who helped build the company from the beginning to newer employees helping shape its future, one message came through loud and clear: our success has always been about more than conveyors. It’s about the people behind them.
A Foundation Built on Innovation
Throughout the interviews, employees reflected on Dynamic Conveyor’s history of innovation and problem solving. From the company’s beginnings with modular conveyor systems to the introduction of new product lines and expanded industry applications, innovation has remained a defining part of our culture.
Many employees spoke about the freedom to think creatively, solve customer challenges, and continuously improve both products and processes.
Growing Together
As Dynamic Conveyor has grown, so have the opportunities for the people who work here.
Several employees shared stories of career growth, moving between departments, developing new skills, taking on leadership roles, and helping mentor others along the way. Their experiences reflect a company culture that values learning, development, and continuous improvement.
A Culture of Teamwork
One of the most common themes throughout the video series was teamwork.
Whether discussing major product launches, ambitious production goals, customer projects, or day-to-day operations, employees consistently highlighted the willingness of their coworkers to support one another and work toward a common goal.
Vice President Steve Wexall described Dynamic Conveyor as “small but mighty,” highlighting the collaboration and flexibility that allow us to accomplish big things.
More Than a Workplace
Beyond the work itself, many employees described Dynamic Conveyor as a place where people genuinely care about one another.
Stories of coworkers stepping up during challenging times, celebrating successes together, and creating a welcoming environment were shared throughout the interviews. For many, those relationships are what make Dynamic Conveyor different from other workplaces.
Looking Ahead
While the videos captured reflections on the past 35 years, they also revealed excitement for the future.
