Dave Rice, Production Manager

With 35 years of experience in the aerospace industry, he began his career on the ground floor, steadily building his expertise and evolving into a seasoned professional with over 20 years in production planning. Known for his “get-it-done” attitude and positive outlook on life, he brings both determination and optimism to every challenge.

Dave joined Dynamic Conveyor as a Materials Planner/Production Planner and has since advanced to the role of Production Manager. In this capacity, he oversees shop floor operations, manages production floor supervisors, and production floor workflow in line with company project demands.
