Tumbler Separators

• Separates small parts (under 6”) close in size to their runners
• Rotating cage consists of 12 extruded tubes with adjustable gaps
• Parts are fed into the tumbler by part separator input chute
• Separators feature an angled cage that rotates and tumbles parts / runners

Lift-Pin Separators

• Conveyor belt holds adjustable lift pins to separate parts from runners

• Lift-Pin Separator adjusts to adjacent conveyors,
  parts receptacles and runner bins
• Retainer shield prevents parts from deflecting off course
• Separator chute kit includes retainer shield, retaining flanges, and lift pins

Parts Separation Testing

Dynamic Conveyor Corporation will test the separation of your parts at its manufacturing facility in Muskegon, Michigan. To arrange a parts separation testing:

• Provide a brief description of the application’s cycle count. Include any information pertinent to the application.
• If applicable, list your preferred method of parts separation; the DynaCon Rotating Cage Separator or the DynaCon Lift Pin Separator.
• List contact information including company name, contact name, email address, phone and FAX numbers.
  Ship (prepaid) one shot or the amount of parts you believe is feasible for testing to:

• Parts will be tested on one or more of the DynaCon separators.
• Upon special request, a video tape recording of the test process can be performed and emailed for your review.
• We will phone the designated contact for your company with the test results.
• Unless otherwise requested, parts will be disposed of upon test completion.
