  • Providing support across many areas of the business, always ready to step in where help is needed
  • Taking ownership of our Customer Satisfaction Survey and customer accounting support bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to every project he takes on
  • Successfully navigating complex customer conversations over the last three months, demonstrating patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
