Our second honoree, Lucas Vandermeer, Sales Project Coordinator, has consistently gone above and beyond his role, stepping into challenges with professionalism, initiative, and a strong focus on customer experience.
This quarter, Lucas’s standout contributions included:
- Providing support across many areas of the business, always ready to step in where help is needed
- Taking ownership of our Customer Satisfaction Survey and customer accounting support bringing clarity, structure, and accountability to every project he takes on
- Successfully navigating complex customer conversations over the last three months, demonstrating patience, empathy, and strong communication skills
Lucas’s willingness to take initiative—and to handle both internal and external challenges with confidence—has made a powerful impact on our customer relationships and our operational efficiency.
