We are very excited to welcome David Ross to our team as Engineering Manager.

David brings more than 20 years of manufacturing, automation, and engineering experience, along with a passion for developing people, improving processes, and solving complex challenges. Throughout his career, he has progressed from hands-on technical roles to engineering leadership positions, giving him a unique perspective on the challenges and opportunities that drive manufacturing success.

As Engineering Manager at Dynamic Conveyor, David will lead and develop our team of applications, mechanical, design, and controls engineers while serving as an integral member of our Strategic Leadership Team. He will oversee project execution, engineering standards, testing and validation efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives that support our growth and commitment to innovation.

David’s background in both the automotive and aerospace industries has provided him with extensive experience in automation, equipment design, project management, process improvement, and new technology implementation. He has spent his career working closely with engineering, production, and operations teams to develop practical solutions that improve quality, efficiency, and performance.

In his new role, David will help guide the design and development of Dynamic Conveyor’s conveyor and material handling systems, support our engineering testing and product validation efforts, and strengthen the processes and standards that help ensure consistent, high-quality results for our customers. He will also play a key role in mentoring team members, establishing engineering best practices, and building scalable systems that support the company’s continued growth.
