Dynamic Conveyor was excited to participate in the Grand Valley State University Winter 2026 Career and Internship Fair held this month at DeVos Place in Grand Rapids. Our team spent the day connecting with talented students who are eager to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world manufacturing and automation challenges – including conveyor solutions.
Launching Our New Internship Program
This year marks an important milestone for Dynamic Conveyor as we launched our new internship program. The fair gave us an excellent opportunity to introduce students to these internship opportunities, as well as full-time roles in Mechanical and Controls Engineering and other business-related roles like Marketing and Accounting. Many students were particularly interested in how our engineers design custom conveyors and automation solutions that support a wide range of industries.
Inspiring Conversations with the Next Generation
Throughout the event, we were impressed by the quality of conversations we had with GVSU and other local university students. They asked thoughtful questions about our marketing, design process, the technologies we use, and what a career path looks like at Dynamic Conveyor. Their enthusiasm for hands-on learning, problem solving, and continuous improvement was evident in the interactions.
The Future of Innovation at Dynamic Conveyor
We walked away from the fair energized by the next generation of students. It is clear that there is a strong pipeline of future engineers and business professionals who are ready to contribute, grow, and innovate. We look forward to reviewing applications, welcoming interns and new graduates to our team, and continuing to build relationships with the college community.
