Dynamic Motion Group Announces Acquisition of Versatile Fabrication and creation of Industrial Solutions Group
Strategic acquisition strengthens DMG’s capabilities and expands integrated industrial solutions portfolio
MUSKEGON, Mich. – Dynamic Motion Group (DMG), a newly formed industrial solutions group announced the acquisition of Versatile Fabrication Company, Inc. in Muskegon, Michigan, and the re-organization of Dynamic Conveyor, a leader in customer conveyor design and manufacturing.
Versatile Fabrication is recognized as one of the region’s most reliable and capable metal fabricators known for delivering unparalleled quality and service to its customers. Versatile’s capabilities include custom heavy industrial fabrication, high volume precision production work and field services to a wide range of industries including industrial automation, material handling, food & beverage, foundry, marine and commercial construction.
The acquisition of Versatile Fabrication expands Dynamic Motion Group’s capabilities across a synergistic customer base between the two companies. Together, the companies provide an expanded suite of integrated solutions that combine expertise in automation, material handling, metal fabrication, and industrial services, offering customers streamlined support from concept to completion.
