The Metal Detector Module controls are easy to use, and permit sensors to operate in extreme temperature variations without affecting the performance of the system. 

In the event of a fault, the conveyor will be stopped when optional relay contacts are used. 

After initial start-up, controls automatically adjust to the environment in order to provide the best possible balance.

Ideal system for inspecting plastic scrap for metal contaminants as scrap is conveyed to grinders for granulating and reuse.

Early detection of metal can prevent severe damage to grinder blades and subsequent fouling of injection systems and molded plastic products (where product liability issues could result).
